To become a student of BGMI you need to fulfill several formalities to maintain records of both ends. And while taking admission we need several important documents for records.

Here are few steps that you need to follow for completing the admission procedures:

1. Required Documents

Documents that are required need to submit while taking admission:
1) Academic Qualifications backgrounds photocopy
and
2) National ID/Birth Certificate photocopy

2. Admission Fees

You must pay your Course fee on time. With every extension of the given date, a late fee will be added to the course fee.
Admission Fee BDT 500/= is compulsory.

3. Installment Rules

 When you are paying the course fee in installments the must follow rules are given:

01. Certificate Course: You must pay 50% of the course fee at the time of admission and an extra 50% of the course fee you must pay within 1 Month after the admission.

02. Diploma Course: You must pay 10,000 takas of the course fee at the time of admission and an extra taka of the course fee you must pay within per month after the admission.

03. The paid course fee is not refundable.

04. One can change the course and batch only if it is justified with reasons and within given time periods.

05. He who wants to do 1-year Diploma courses must be regular and needs to successfully complete the course otherwise we will not provide the certificate.

06. You must write present/permanent address, phone number, and other information correctly in the admission form. If you fail to provide the correct information then your admission will be canceled.
